Upon receiving your approval, we will get started on your search utilizing our resources, network, contacts, tools, and industry experience to identify potential candidates we feel meet the framework of your position requirements and profile. For those candidates we identify who have interest, a resume will be forwarded for your review.
For questions you have regarding resumes we submit to you, we will do our best to answer those, or get the answer. Any feedback or thoughts you can communicate back to us are welcomed, encouraged, and likely helpful to us for identifying profiles. For candidates you select for interviewing, we will coordinate dates and times. As the process continues, we will assist with candidate feedback, levels of interest, benefit information, compensation, and extension of an employment offer when the decision by you is made. We also stand ready to assist with references or background information per the client’s request or company policy requirements.
